Join a fast growing, mission-led startup transforming family health – and help a founder turning daily thoughts, real-world moments, and current events into powerful, high-engagement LinkedIn content.

We’re building The Village – a platform revolutionising how families find trusted care. The Village helps parents manage their children’s health and gives instant, clinically backed answers to health concerns before connecting families to same-day support from trusted professionals. With NHS delays growing and families under pressure, we’re offering a faster, clearer route to care that actually works for modern parents.

This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling, social media, and current events – someone who’s quick to spot a trend or headline and spin it into something fresh and founder-relevant.

What you’ll do:

  • Write 5–7 short-form LinkedIn posts per week, inspired by founder notes, parenting news, and relevant industry shifts
  • Develop a clear, compelling founder voice that’s warm, smart, and mission-driven
  • React to topical stories – from children’s healthcare policy updates to parenting trends — and turn them into insightful posts
  • Transform everyday moments (founder calls, user feedback, etc.) into content that builds trust and connection
  • Support light copy for investor updates, cold outreach, and partnerships

What we’re looking for:

  • A natural storyteller with great timing and a feel for what’s trending
  • Strong written English — you know how to write like a human, not a robot
  • A LinkedIn native (or close!) — you know what performs and why
  • Bonus: Experience with early-stage startups, founder-led content, or parenting/family issues
  • You’ll help shape the public voice of a company building something that truly matters
  • Get hands-on experience growing a brand from 0 to 1 (and beyond)
    Your content will actually go live, perform, and be part of the growth strategy — no dry decks here
  • Get mentorship and direct collaboration with a mission-driven founder and head of marketing
