Aiming to simplify the process for clients working on social and creator-led campaigns, this new studio offers creative services, audience development, creator partnerships, and performance measurement -- combining full-service social and creator strategy and execution into a single entity.
The role and purpose
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced mid-level Project Manager to lead and deliver social and production projects for a retail-based account. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing team, working closely with client services, social and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future blueprint of our MCS offering. This is a unique opportunity to help build a growing business area and potentially lead teams in the future. This is a high-growth area within McCann Worldgroup.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of social media and creative production projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams across London and Manchester to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Support the implementation and refinement of project management processes during onboarding.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to onboarding and coordination of freelancers with the wider team
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and proactive risk management.
Skills And Behaviours
- Mid-level experience in managing social media and creative production projects.
- Experience in retail or digital/social sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of paid social and content production workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A calm, energetic, and detail-oriented personality—ready to build culture and lead by example.
- Commercial acumen and experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with PM tools is a plus; specific platforms are currently being scoped.
Minimum Requirements
- Commercial experience in project managing social media content for the retail sector
- Commercial experience in working with well-known brands
- Happy to work on one sole account
- Strong client-facing expertise
- Impeccable communication skills and proactivity in a fast-paced environment
