Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents in marketing. You will help design social media environments, crafting briefs, artifacts, and judgment criteria for strong practitioner decisions.

You will design task briefs, define the required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states, and write or review reference answers and success criteria. You will also review AI attempts, evaluating diagnosis, planning, and multi-tool orchestration

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social.
• Clear written reasoning is essential to explain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your social media work.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for tasks.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards.
