Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will help design Creator and Influencer environments, crafting briefs, artifacts, and judgment criteria to stress-test performance and decision quality.

The role focuses on designing tests, specifying required documents and tool states, and reviewing AI agent attempts against a rigorous standard.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running creator or influencer programs.
• Ability to clearly explain why a decision is right.
• Comfort with creator platforms and paid amplification.
• Familiarity with disclosure rules governing creator work.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real creator work and specify what the task tests.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required.
• Write or review reference answers and the evaluation criteria that separate strong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
