Why We Need You

Ivanti has a great opportunity for a talented Contracts Administrator to join our Legal/Contracts Team. In this role, you will support contract and vendor management processes, helping ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization. You will act as an integral part of our team, managing contract workflows, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and handling vendor agreements with precision.

As we continue to scale globally, your expertise in contract administration—gained ideally within a software company—will enable us to drive operational efficiencies and build stronger vendor relationships.

What You Will Do:

As the Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Contract Administration: Draft, review, and process a range of contracts, including vendor agreements, software licensing contracts, NDAs, renewals, and amendments.
  2. Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure vendor agreements align with company policies and goals.
  3. Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact between Ivanti and external vendors, addressing queries, following up on compliance requirements, and ensuring contract obligations are met.
  4. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the contract management process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across workflows.
  5. Compliance Oversight: Maintain alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards while managing contract lifecycles.
  6. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate documentation, tracking vendor agreements, and providing reporting related to contracts and vendor relationships.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure contracts are processed smoothly and securely.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in Contract Administration: At least 2–3 years of experience managing contracts and vendor agreements, ideally gained within a software or technology company.
  2. Industry Experience: Experience working in the tech sector.
  3. Vendor Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing vendor contracts and relationships.
  4. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple contracts and workflows.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively between teams and vendor stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with contract management tools or legal systems (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems), as well as standard office applications like Microsoft Excel and Word.
  7. Understanding of Software Industry Standards: Working knowledge of software licensing, technology terms, and contract frameworks in the SaaS space is preferred.
  8. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement process enhancements swiftly.
