Job summary

CMS UK is seeking a passionate Responsible Business Coordinator to join our ESG team in Glasgow. You will support the delivery of CMS's Responsible Business strategy with a focus on social impact across education, mobility, community engagement, volunteering, and client collaborations.

Working with the Head of ESG and the team, you will coordinate programmes, manage events, maintain records, and help measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination, employee engagement, event management or communications.
• Interest in responsible business, social impact or sustainability through work, volunteering or community involvement.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences.
• Confidence in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong admin skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
• Proactive with initiative and good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Responsible Business programmes and activities, including employee engagement and events.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate programmes to maximise participation and impact.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients, charities and community partners.
• Provide administrative support for events, campaigns and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and engagement data.
• Support data collection, monitoring and reporting for stakeholders.
• Assist with budget administration, donations and fundraising records.
• Create engaging communications to promote Responsible Business activities.
• Conduct research to support programme development and best practice sharing.
• Manage a range of projects independently with team support.
• Act as an ambassador for Responsible Business, embedding social impact in daily activity.
