Job summary

CMS CMNO LLP is seeking a passionate Responsible Business Coordinator to join our ESG team, delivering CMS's Responsible Business strategy with a focus on social impact across education, social mobility, community engagement, volunteering, charity partnerships and client collaborations.

Working with the Head of ESG and Senior Responsible Business Managers, you will plan, deliver and evaluate initiatives, coordinate programmes, nurture relationships with colleagues, clients and partners, and

Qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination, employee engagement, event management, communications or a similar role.
• Interest in responsible business, social impact or sustainability through work, volunteering or education outreach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt for different audiences.
• Confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate Responsible Business initiatives across the firm.
• Coordinate programmes and activities, including employee engagement and client collaborations.
• Support budgeting, recordings, and engagement data management.
• Create engaging communications for intranet, presentations and emails.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and community partners.
• Conduct research to support programme development and share best practices.
• Manage projects with guidance from the Responsible Business team.
