Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking a Social Impact Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for flagship EURO 2028 Community Programme projects across the UK and Ireland. You will manage and coordinate agencies and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and with measurable social outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and delivery of multi-location activities in a fast-moving environment. Based at Wembley with travel across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Complex programme or project delivery experience, including multi-workstream projects.
• Community-facing or public programme delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating activity across multiple locations, regions, venues or delivery partners.
• Third-party delivery management expertise with agencies, contractors or partners.
• Stakeholder leadership across organisations with differing priorities.
• Social impact understanding and practical application in programme design.
• Strong communication and judgement for senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan across five nations including schedule, milestones, budget, risks and go/no-go points.
• Support development of delivery plans and stakeholder access as required.
• Support Communications workstream to launch campaigns and amplify impact across digital channels.
• Monitor delivery against plan, identify slippage and escalate risks.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, accessibility and insurance requirements.
• Report on programme status, budget, risk and performance to senior stakeholders.
• Define and track event success measures and report results for KPI live and post-project evaluation.
