UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking a Social Impact Manager to lead the end-to-end project management for a flagship EURO 2028 Community Programme across the UK and Ireland. You will coordinate with national and local stakeholders, agencies and tournament partners to ensure social outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
Based at Wembley Stadium with travel across the UK & Ireland, the role is fixed-term from February 2027 to Summer 2028 and requires strong programme leadership,

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is the local organising committee responsible for delivering UEFA EURO 2028 across the UK & Ireland. We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and delivery partners to plan and deliver the tournament safely, inclusively and to world-class standards.
UEFA EURO is one of the world’s largest sporting events. In 2028, it will be hosted across multiple cities in the UK & Ireland, requiring large-scale coordination across transport, infrastructure, stadiums and public services. UEFA owns the tournament and sets requirements; UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is responsible for delivering it locally.
The role will lead the end-to-end project management of one of the EURO 2028 Community Programme’s flagship projects which will be delivered across the UK and Ireland. The role will hold accountability for the successful delivery of the project and enabling specialist agencies and tournament stakeholders to execute on the ground.
The project is a key element of the tournament Community Programme which aims to build belonging, togetherness, and community cohesion. The role will direct the agency relationship and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project and its associated events are delivered on time, on budget, and meeting the desired social impact outcomes.
