Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited at Wembley Stadium is seeking an Impact & Sustainability Partnerships Manager to turn partner commitments into measurable social and environmental outcomes. You will build and manage partnerships to bring investment, expertise and delivery capability into the Community Programme, liaising with UEFA, suppliers and third-sector partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering social or environmental impact through partnerships.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects.
Strong written and verbal communication with reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with UEFA and partners to align social impact with the Community Programme.
Lead liaison with partners to support contributions to partnership projects across UK & Ireland.
Manage tournament innovation programme responsibilities led by the UEFA Innovation Hub.
Coordinate with impact, sustainability, communications and delivery teams to reflect partnerships in planning.
Track and report partnership performance, reach, engagement and impact metrics for funders and partners.
Liaise with suppliers regarding social value commitments and ensure best-practice co-design.
Support development of RFPs and procurement for external partners delivering programmes.
Represent the organisation at partner meetings, events and forums to build long-term relationships.
Monitor sustainability commitments to align with ESG goals.
