Job summary

Wates Property Services requires a proactive Site Surveyor to support planned maintenance across occupied social housing in Redditch with coverage across Worcester and Malvern. You will survey properties, scope works, validate specifications and set up projects for successful delivery.

Role involves liaising with residents and client representatives, collaborating with Site and Project Managers, and contributing to pricing and validation of works.

Qualifications

• Pre-work surveys of occupied social housing stock.
• Produce schedules of works and detailed specifications.
• Identify repair requirements, defects and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with Site/Project Managers to support programme delivery.
• Assist with pricing and validation of works.

Responsibilities
