Job summary

Five Point Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a social housing planned works project across Birmingham. The role covers occupied properties with a Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors workstream, paying £280 per day CIS on a temporary contract.

You will coordinate trades, residents and client representatives, manage programmes, conduct inspections and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the works.

Qualifications

• Previous site management experience in social housing.
• Experience managing planned works in occupied properties.
• Experience leading Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors workstreams.
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned improvement works across occupied social housing properties.
• Oversee either Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors workstreams.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, residents and client representatives.
• Programme work and ensure targets are achieved.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings and documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and minimise disruption.
• Identify delays, defects and follow-on work requirements.
• Manage snagging, completions and property handovers.
• Maintain accurate site records and compliance documentation.
• Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and health and safety inspections.
