Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a Worcestershire-based social housing refurbishment contractor. You will carry out full kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and refits, installations and finishing works across social housing properties.

This long-term, secure role offers £200-£250 daily, fuel allowance and diverse refurbishment projects. You must have a Blue CSCS card, own van and tools to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have solid experience as a Multi Trade Operative across kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent workmanship on social housing projects.
• Proven ability to complete full rip-outs and refits to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and refits in social housing properties.
• Perform installations and finishing works to a high standard across Worcestershire.
