Templer HomeBuild is seeking a technically minded Property Services Coordinator to strengthen our building safety and compliance function.

In this varied role, you’ll help keep homes safe by carrying out property inspections, condition surveys and HHSRS assessments while coordinating tenant permissions and compliance cases. You’ll work closely with residents, surveyors, contractors and legal partners, with time split between office, community, and home.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing is essential.
• Practical experience coordinating compliance processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Sound understanding of housing compliance and property legislation.
• Background in property inspections or asset management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property inspections, condition surveys and HHSRS assessments.
• Coordinate tenant permissions, Section 20 consultations and compliance cases.
• Support mutual exchanges, permissions and wayleave agreements.
• Provide a professional, customer-focused compliance service to residents and partners.
