Job summary

Pyramid Plus is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to deliver high-quality responsive repairs in occupied social housing across Staines. You’ll use carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating skills to fix issues, with a focus on safe, durable workmanship and excellent customer service.

You’ll work 42.5 hours per week (8-5, Monday to Friday) and benefit from a company van, fuel card, and uniform. The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic repairs across multiple trades.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work in occupied homes.
• Damp & mould experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
• Replace or repair skirting boards, doors, and kitchen components.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues and carry out plastering and tiling work.
• Record details and materials used; maintain tools and vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.
