Job summary

Wates Smartspace is recruiting a Multi Trader to deliver responsive repairs across social housing properties in and around Swadlincote. You will perform a range of trades, maintain resident satisfaction and work to company standards.

Essentially you will have a multi-trade background, NVQ Level 2, and a valid UK driving licence. The role includes a company van, fuel card, tools, PPE and stable, long-term work within social housing.

Qualifications

• Proven trade background (multi-skilled)
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade or equivalent
• Experience in social housing responsive maintenance
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance works in occupied social housing homes
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to high standard
• Update job records accurately using a mobile device
• Meet SLAs and company standards
