Job summary

Novus Property Solutions Limited is seeking an Electrician for site-based work within Social Housing properties. You will perform fault finding and responsive repairs across tenanted homes, following health and safety standards and company procedures.

The role covers up to 90 minutes from Warminster, with a 39-hour week and an on-call rota. A UK driving license and DBS check may be required. We offer a company van, pension, training, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs on tenanted Social Housing properties.
• Works include replacing MCBs, rewires, emergency and external lighting, switches, and tests.
• UK driving licence required; DBS check may be required.
• Qualified to 18th edition and AM2, NICEIC registration preferred (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs on tenanted Social Housing properties.
• Works include but are not limited to replacing MCBs, rewires, emergency and external lighting, switches, minor installations, and testing/ certification.
• Working from job tickets or handheld device daily.
• Delivering high-quality service in customers' homes and adhering to safety standards.
