Job summary

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking an Events Executive on a fixed-term maternity cover starting October 2026. You will coordinate intimate celebrations to large-scale corporate gatherings, acting as the main contact for clients and collaborating with Sales, Catering and operations to deliver flawless events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively and reactively sell social catering and event opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for event clients, overseeing all event details including accommodation, catering, AV and off-site recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Catering and operational departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Conduct property tours for prospective clients, wedding couples and event planners.
• Create tailored event proposals, menu recommendations and bespoke event experiences.
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts and follow-up activities in hotel systems.
• Ensure hotel policies, procedures and contractual agreements are upheld at all times.
• Support guest and team safety through compliance with fire, health and safety regulations.
• Attend event handovers and work with operational teams to ensure successful execution.

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedEvents Executive (Maternity Cover)to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire on a fixed-term contract commencing inOctober 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences. From intimate family celebrations to large-scale weddings and corporate gatherings, you will be responsible for coordinating every detail and ensuring flawless execution. Working closely with clients and internal departments, you will help bring our guests' visions to life while maintaining the exceptional service standards synonymous with Four Seasons.

What you will do
