Job summary

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking an energetic Banquet Server to join our events team on a permanent basis. You will be the face of hospitality during ceremonies and banquets, delivering polished service with attention to detail.

Experience in banquet or catering helps, but full training is provided. You’ll work in a beautiful rural setting near London, with flexible evenings, weekends and holidays, plus benefits including meals on duty and welfare support.

• Previous banquet, catering, or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory – we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware according to event specifications
• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout the event
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
