Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, supporting a busy and growing account. Your main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day digital marketing activity for our global agricultural client across UK/Eire, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Polish markets, delivering digital campaigns, reviewing performance, and providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t. You will also support CRM workflows and manage data processes.

Your tasks include executing digital activity for each market, ensuring verification, accuracy, and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards. You will work with the Senior Account Manager to support CRM setup, data work, asset checking, updating workflow tickets, and liaising with internal teams. The role requires commitment, resilience, project management skills, customer service, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Scheduling digital briefs across all markets according to client campaign deployment dates for paid social media and WhatsApp advertising.
  2. Ensuring digital campaigns go live on time and are monitored during their run.
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with internal marketing teams and Field Marketing Consultants to keep everyone informed and address issues.
  4. Supporting CRM setup, data management, asset checking, updating workflows, and liaising with departments.
  5. Overseeing updates to marketing portals, campaign calendars, and supporting BAU workflows.
  6. Assisting with client meetings, minute-taking, and process improvements.
  7. Identifying trends, measuring campaign effectiveness, and providing insights.
  8. Managing multiple projects, acting as a client advocate, and delivering key KPIs weekly.
  9. Researching and providing insights for client reporting.
