About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance on YouTube and social media. This role involves identifying impactful podcast moments, using AI tools for editing and clipping, and building an inspiring digital presence that motivates and changes lives.

You should have experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, shareable content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social platforms.
  • Video editing and clipping: Use Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus to edit clips, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimisation: Enhance channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Generate and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored to each platform, maintaining consistent branding.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI tools to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics via platform analytics, provide reports, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Deep understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content like thumbnails and carousels.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication skills, attention to detail, and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
