Role: Social Content Manager

Based: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in central London office)

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Hours: Full time | 37.5 hrs per week

About the Position:

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our suite of shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can positively influence lives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing skills, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement capabilities. Strong editorial judgment is essential to create engaging content that resonates, gets shared, and captures attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Use Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus to edit clips from episodes, maintaining the podcast’s tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Grow YouTube channels by optimizing content, crafting compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual content using AI tools, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligned with marketing calendars and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to generate engaging, inspirational copy that reflects each show's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences through comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics via platform analytics, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
  • Video editing proficiency with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus.
  • Experience in graphic design for engaging visual content.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
