About the Position

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our series of shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it’s about identifying impactful moments from podcasts, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and creating an inspiring digital presence that makes a difference.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for producing engaging content that inspires, motivates, and elevates each show’s brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, shares, and attracts genuine attention—is also crucial.

Responsibilities

  1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  2. Video editing and clipping – Edit key clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
  3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Drive channel growth by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  4. AI content creation and curation – Plan and produce high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining a consistent brand identity with AI tools.
  5. Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content across YouTube and social channels, aligning with marketing plans and partner requirements.
  6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful, and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
  7. Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  8. Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via platform analytics, prepare reports, and refine strategies based on insights.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with increased views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with analytical skills.
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
