About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our series of shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it’s about identifying impactful moments from podcasts, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and creating an inspiring digital presence that makes a difference.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for producing engaging content that inspires, motivates, and elevates each show’s brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, shares, and attracts genuine attention—is also crucial.
