Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Social & Content Executive to bring the brand to life across our social channels in the UK. You will own day-to-day management of organic channels, collaborate with teams and creators, and help drive brand engagement through compelling content and influencer activations.

You will work on photo/video shoots, develop social-first content, and support paid campaigns while maintaining a strong content library and consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Experience managing brand social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and audience behaviour.
• Experience planning, publishing and optimising social content.
• Knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Plan, schedule and publish content aligned to campaigns and calendars.
• Create native content for each platform and adapt for audiences.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow engagement and reach.
• Support photoshoots/videos and influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Support paid social campaigns with asset creation and copywriting.
• Manage community engagement across channels.
