About the Role:
We are seeking a Social Content Creator to support our passionate Media Team in delivering industry-leading social media management services. You will report to the Senior Social Media Manager.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or first-time job seeker eager to start a career in social media marketing within the live performance sector, gaining invaluable experience in the West End's premier marketing agency.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. They should be personable, adaptable, diligent, and willing to support team members as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating, capturing, editing, and publishing engaging mobile social content (photos and videos) with energy and passion.
  • Monitoring trending topics proactively and identifying relevant opportunities for clients daily.
  • Seeking to develop skills in content creation, exploring new trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance output.
  • Supporting the trafficking of social media assets as required.
  • Assisting in creating and monitoring dashboards for weekly reports using Falcon.
  • Engaging with fan communities across platforms to foster interaction, community growth, and word-of-mouth promotion.
  • Writing creative and effective social media copy aligned with client brand guidelines.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as asset filing, meeting prep, minute-taking, and reporting.
  • Staying updated on social media industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in theatre and entertainment, or willingness to learn about industry news and trending topics.
  • Proven experience in capturing photos and videos for social media, using mobile devices or specialized equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, including copywriting, with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Experience with various social media platforms or online communities.
  • Desirable: prior experience with social media management or online community engagement.
  • Desirable: familiarity with office tasks and Microsoft Office tools.
