We’re seeking a highly creative, trend-savvy In-House Content Creator to bring our brand(s) to life across social platforms.

You’ll be hands-on in creating short-form video content that feels native, engaging, and always on-brand. This role is perfect for a creator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in shaping digital storytelling from the inside.

Responsibilities:

1. Shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content that showcases our products, brand values, and campaigns — across TikTok, Instagram Reels.
2. Act as the face of the brand in select content pieces (optional, if on-camera), or manage creators and talent behind the scenes.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and product teams to align content with seasonal priorities and promotions.
4. Develop and manage a content calendar with frequent ideation and proactive trend integration.
5. Write hooks, captions, and call-to-actions that enhance content performance.
6. Participate in brainstorms, trendwatching, and competitor research to ensure we’re ahead of the curve.
7. Organize and maintain a library of content assets, including raw footage and final edits.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of content creation experience (can include UGC, agency, or brand side).
• Strong skills in short-form video production (concepting, shooting, editing).
• Fluent in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social platform trends.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with tight turnarounds.
• Bonus: Experience in wellness, supplements, fitness, or beauty.

Nice to Have:

• On-camera presence or experience directing talent/creators.
• Familiarity with affiliate/creator programs (like TikTok Shop).
• Interest in analytics and testing what content performs best.
