We want someone who’s confident behind the camera (and ideally in front of it too), knows how to create content that performs, and can manage a brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and beyond.

Content Creator – Boot Buddy

Boot Buddy is looking for a creative, platform-native Content Creator to lead the charge on our social media and content output. If you’re equal parts storyteller, strategist, and social native, this is your chance to shape the voice and vibe of a fast-growing D2C brand.

We want someone who’s confident behind the camera (and ideally in front of it too), knows how to create content that performs, and can manage a brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating high-performing short-form video content across TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Managing Boot Buddy’s social channels — posting, engaging, growing and refining our presence
• Leading day-to-day content planning and owning the content calendar
• Jumping on trends early and finding creative ways to make them brand-relevant
• Writing smart, engaging captions and making sure everything feels on-brand
• Briefing in or working alongside freelance creators where needed
• Reviewing analytics to refine your creative approach and grow reach & engagement
• Contributing ideas to product campaigns, launches and partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with proven experience making great content — ideally for brands or your own channels
• Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and what makes social-first content work
• A love of creative storytelling, youth culture, and internet trends
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable owning both creative and publishing
• Confident behind the camera (and potentially in front of it too!)
• Bonus: experience with UGC-style content and working with creators/influencers
