Job description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Social Content Creative to join the team at Lucky Saint on a 12-month fixed term contract as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol‑free beer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our brand to life through distinctive, engaging content across organic and paid social. Working within our Creative team, you’ll develop fresh ideas, shoot photography and video, and create content that captures the Lucky Saint brand. From getting out and about at events and venues to developing creative for paid campaigns, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how our brand shows up, combining strong visual storytelling with a passion for making great work.

We are a team who passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business. We’re interested in people who want to spearhead a revolution in the industry with us, who are curious, entrepreneurial, commercial and restless to make magic happen.

Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol‑free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.

A Day in the Life

Your day might start by working with our Growth team to edit and adapt existing content for paid social campaigns. You’ll experiment with different cuts, hooks and formats, finding creative ways to make our ads more engaging and effective. You might also review upcoming briefs with the Creative and Marketing teams, sharing ideas for new content and planning what needs to be captured.

By lunchtime, you could be preparing for an afternoon shoot, pulling together a shot list, checking your kit and making sure you’ve got everything you need. Whether it’s a new product launch, a social campaign or something more spontaneous, you’ll be thinking about how to capture content that feels distinctly Lucky Saint.

In the afternoon, you might head out to one of our pub partners, an event or a brand activation to shoot photography and video. You’ll be comfortable getting stuck in, capturing candid shots, and spotting creative opportunities as they happen. From considered imagery to reactive social content, you’ll know how to make the most of every shoot.

Throughout the week, you’ll balance time out shooting with time in the office, editing footage, developing fresh ideas and collaborating with the wider team. It’s a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll have the freedom to bring your own creative perspective and play a key part in how Lucky Saint shows up across organic and paid social.

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Create distinctive, culturally relevant content that builds the Lucky Saint brand as well as delivering against channel objectives.
  • Ideate, capture and edit social first content – confident shooting photography, videography and motion graphics for both owned and paid social channels.
  • Bring creative ideas to briefs and contribute ideas to the wider marketing team, this isn’t a role where you only follow briefs, you will bring fresh creative ideas to the table and champion a strong creative point of view.
  • Proficient in pre‑production planning, specifically shot list development and shoot planning.
  • Interpret creative briefs into visually consistent and strategically aligned Lucky Saint content, whether that’s for our owned, paid or customer’s channels.
  • Work within our Creative team to shape Lucky Saint presence across digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Support paid social by adapting and repurposing top‑performing organic content into ad‑ready formats; optimising content for saves, shares, and reach, constantly pushing for creative assets that drive engagement.
  • Stay close to culture, social behaviours and emerging formats, identifying opportunities that feel relevant to Lucky Saint rather than following trends for the sake of it.
  • Maintain organisation and management of our content library, making it easy for teams across the business to find and use the right assets.
What we’ll be looking for in you
  • Your portfolio matters far more than your years of experience. 1‑3 years of content creation is a sensible guide, but if your work is brilliant, we want to see it!
  • This is a Head Office/ London‑based role, but you will spend a good proportion of your time out and about shooting. This could be at events, with our pub partners and with the team so flexibility and good time management skills are key to this role.
  • Excellent video editing skills in either CapCut, Adobe Premier or similar editing software.
  • Preferrable knowledge of using the Adobe suite.
  • Understanding of the nuances of both organic and paid content across social platforms.
  • A passion for creative execution; you know how to make quick and scrappy social content but are passionate about high‑quality photography and videography.
  • Strong visual judgement across composition, lighting, styling, casting, locations and storytelling.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple briefs and projects.
  • Endlessly creative – coming up with ways we can continue to elevate our brand.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Excited to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
What’s in it for you
  • 12-month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent
  • Salary details shared on first call with successful applicants
  • Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Share options
  • Vitality Health Insurance
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays plus Lucky Saint enhanced holiday policy
  • 3% employer pension contribution, 5% optional employee contribution
  • Life insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Lucky Saint allowance
  • Unlimited Lucky Saint and 40% off food and drink at The Lucky Saint
  • Flexible working
