Burson in London is seeking an Account Executive for Social & Content to support day-to-day client campaigns and deliver social content that resonates with audiences. You will work closely with the Social & Content Manager to execute content plans and reports.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements with in-office collaboration four days a week, and emphasizes learning, creativity, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social-first content for digital channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of social media campaigns and client communications.
• Research social trends, emerging formats and cultural moments to inform content planning.
• Create and edit social content, including copywriting, basic filming and video editing for multiple platforms.
• Assist with the development and delivery of social content calendars and campaign activations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, capture notes and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct social listening and use analytics tools to generate insights.
• Create visually engaging reports and presentations that communicate campaign results and recommendations.
• Support account administration, project tracking, budget management and new business opportunities.
