Job summary

Burson is seeking an Account Executive for Social & Content to support day-to-day social campaigns for a leading European fashion retailer. You’ll help create content, manage community engagement, and leverage social data to boost performance.

Working closely with the Social & Content Manager, you’ll develop content calendars, draft copy, edit video, and track campaign results. A curious, proactive learner with strong communication will thrive in our hybrid London team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices.
• Experience creating social-first content including copywriting and editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Interest in social trends and digital marketing landscape.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Collaborative, proactive, and open to new technologies including AI.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of social media campaigns and client communications.
• Research social trends and formats to inform content planning.
• Create and edit social content, including copywriting, filming and editing.
• Develop and deliver social content calendars and campaign activations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-up actions.
• Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to generate insights.
• Create reports and presentations communicating results and recommendations.
• Support account administration, project tracking and budget management.
