Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group partners with a fast-growing manufacturer and e-commerce retailer in Wakefield seeking a highly creative Social Media & Content Creator. You will own organic social across a portfolio of leading home brands, turning ideas into social-first content and campaigns that drive reach, engagement and commercial growth.

The role blends in-house storytelling with data-driven performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in social media or content creation.
• Proven track record of high-performing organic content for consumer/e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling.
• Experience filming and editing social content.
• Strong copywriting for hooks, captions and messaging.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve organic social content strategy across multiple brands.
• Create platform-native content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Develop and lead ideas for organic social campaigns and content series.
• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality social-first video and static content.
