Job summary

Boots is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist for TikTok Shop to drive Boots' social commerce strategy by connecting creators, affiliates and social content to boost performance.

You will own the TikTok Shop plan, build a content calendar aligned with brand moments, and collaborate with Paid Social to amplify high-performing content. A data-driven, test-and-learn mindset is essential.

What you'll be doing

As a Social Commerce Specialist for TikTok Shop, you will play a pivotal role in driving Boots' social commerce strategy. You will connect social content, creators, and affiliates to enhance our presence on TikTok, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about TikTok and understands the nuances of social commerce.

Key responsibilities
