Social Care Worker - Personal Assistant

The family are looking for a Personal Assistant that will engage and participate in activities for a young boy in the Bearsden Area. The young boy is a warm and energetic individual who enjoys being active. He enjoys various activities such as swimming and trampoline centres.

A typical day might include going for a swim at the local pool or visiting a place like Gravity. The role includes providing support to and from activities and engaging with the young boy at the activities. The ideal match is a fun and energetic person who enjoys being active.

This role is based in Bearsden and is part-time, 6 hours a week during the school term time, with flexibility around how those hours are arranged. The candidate must be able to travel to and from the area reliably and must have a valid driver’s licence.

Previous experience working with kids and additional needs would be very desirable.

Successful candidate will require a PVG. GCIL East Dunbartonshire are not the employer.
