Salary: £12.25 to £12.25 Hour
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Where will you work?
Beech Tree House is a large property in a semi-rural setting, supporting up to eight young men and women with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs. The home is located in Holmer Green, a busy village with local amenities and an active community, with easy access to nearby High Wycombe and Amersham. Everyone at Beech Tree has a tailored activity programme, matched to their preferences and capability, such as cooking and baking, and arts and crafts, helping to build self-confidence and independence skills. The home also has a vehicle for local travel and regular educational and recreational trips.
