Key duties

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents'daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completingtraining, as required

Appleton House provides seven single, self-contained flatlets for men of various ages with mental health disorders, autism and associated complex needs.The location of the home, in Bitterne, one mile with Southampton city centre, makes for easy access to public transport and recreational, leisure and college facilities in the city centre. The home also has its own vehicle.
