Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Research Coordinator to support leadership development programmes in social care. You will assist planning, evaluation, and coordination, and work with stakeholders and students to deliver impactful projects.

The role focuses on qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis and reporting, with collaboration across departments and partners to improve care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in health, social care or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in research and/or evaluation activities.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and evaluation of leadership development programmes.
• Assist with qualitative and quantitative research activities.
• Stakeholder engagement and survey development.
• Data analysis and reporting findings.
• Support research projects and coordinate programme delivery.
• Manage student placements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sector partners and people with lived experience.
