Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to the ESRC ConnectAward programme. The role involves supporting high-quality research, stakeholder engagement and dissemination, working with academic colleagues and external partners to advance project objectives.

The postholder will manage outputs within agreed timescales, demonstrate excellence in organisation and communication, and contribute to equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or related discipline.
• Experience conducting qualitative research.
• Experience coordinating research projects.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders, including health, criminal justice, policy or third-sector organisations.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support ESRC ConnectAward programme by conducting high-quality research activities, stakeholder engagement and dissemination of findings.
• Work closely with academic colleagues and external partners to advance project objectives and impact.
• Deliver project outputs within agreed timescales, with careful record-keeping and reporting.
