Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Policy and Programmes Manager to support the Institute’s events, partnerships and policy engagement. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage stakeholder relationships and draft communications.

Working closely with the Director, you will help develop partnerships, oversee administrative systems, support budget management and ensure compliance with university policies. Experience in public policy and think tanks is desirable.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills are essential.
• Experience working with external stakeholders and delivering programmes or events is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Institute’s day-to-day operations.
• Support the delivery of policy-focused events and programmes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Draft communications and briefing materials.
• Contribute to business development activities.
• Work closely with the Director to enhance the Institute’s profile.
• Develop partnerships and oversee administrative systems.
• Assist with budget management and ensure university policy compliance.
