Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is recruiting for a research-focused role within My Home Life England (MHLE) to support leadership development programmes for social care professionals. You will assist with qualitative and quantitative research, coordinate surveys, data analysis and reporting, and collaborate with sector partners and service users.

The role requires a degree (preferably a postgraduate qualification) in health or social care, strong organisational skills, and a commitment

Qualifications

Degree in health, social care or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience of research and/or evaluation activities.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to analyse information and communicate findings.
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion; interest in improving outcomes in social care.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and evaluate leadership development programmes for social care professionals.
Assist with qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation activities.
Engage stakeholders, develop surveys, analyse data and report findings.
Coordinate programme delivery and manage student placements.
Collaborate with colleagues, sector partners and people with lived experience.
