Job summary

You will promote best practice, manage performance of social workers and support staff, and develop policy initiatives in partnership with regional safeguarding boards and training providers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality assurance in social care or public services.
• Strong knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across partner agencies.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective assessment, care planning and review while ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Lead QA audits and identify improvements across the directorate.
• Develop feedback loops with children, families and the workforce.
