Job summary

VCCP Roar is seeking a creative and proactive Account Executive to join our marketing team in London. You will help manage and grow social accounts for major tech and financial services clients, guiding campaigns from concept to execution.

From brainstorming ideas and presenting on camera to managing content calendars, editing videos (CapCut preferred), and analysing performance, you will own the creative process and help tell compelling digital stories in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in social media content creation and editing video content (CapCut a plus).
• Strong copywriting skills for platform-native social copy.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging audiences.

Responsibilities

• Content creation & production: write social copy, brief speakers, assist on shoot days, present on camera, and edit videos.
• Editing & post-production: quick video edits using social-first tools (CapCut preferred).
• Social media management: update calendars, schedule posts, monitor channels, and track performance.
• Client & account support: manage admin documents across client accounts and adapt creative strategies.
• Team collaboration: work with Account Management, Design, and Editorial teams and contribute ideas in meetings.
