Job summary

VCCP Roar is seeking a proactive, organised professional to drive social media, content strategy and production for our B2B tech clients. You will manage three retained accounts, co-ordinate with creative services and strategy, and deliver campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

You will consult with clients, set measurable strategies, mentor the team and help grow our agency’s client relationships and portfolio of projects. Strong writing and video editing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive rhythm of three retained accounts across social media, content strategy and production.
• Project manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Set measurable social media strategies and optimize based on learnings.
• Coach and manage the account team for high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with creative services and strategy to align skills to the brief.
• Consult with clients to provide strategic recommendations and connect with agency experts.
• Deliver constructive feedback to improve outputs.
