PSR Solutions in London (site-based) seeks an Experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee commercial sprinkler projects from design coordination through to installation, commissioning and handover. You will manage safety, quality and programme performance while liaising with clients and design teams.

The role demands a proactive, commercially aware professional with a track record of delivering complex sprinkler schemes on time and within budget.

• Experience in the fire sprinkler industry and solid understanding of commercial sprinkler installations.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, design teams and site operatives.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and project programmes.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and site issues.
• Monitor progress, costs, variations and additional works.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover processes.

Experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

An established and growing specialist fire protection contractor is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee commercial sprinkler projects from design coordination through to installation, commissioning, and final handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fire sprinkler projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, design teams, and site operatives.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and project programmes.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and site-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, costs, variations, and additional works.
• Attend and lead project meetings, providing regular progress updates.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.

Experience & Knowledge Required

Applicants should have previous experience within the fire sprinkler industry and a solid understanding of commercial sprinkler installations, including:

• Shell & Core projects
• CAT A fit-outs
• CAT B fit-outsA strong working knowledge of the following would be highly advantageous:

• BS EN 12845
• LPC Rules
• Pump and tank systems
• Valve arrangements
• Sprinkler design coordination
