Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager for a London, site-based role. The position is full-time and permanent with a competitive salary dependent on experience, and negotiable travel and expenses.

The role requires managing projects from initial design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover, liaising with clients, main contractors and site teams, and ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial fire sprinkler industry is required.
• Strong understanding of shell and core, CAT A and CAT B installations is desirable.
• Ability to manage projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover.

Experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

Location: London / Site Based

Employment: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join an expanding specialist fire protection business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial fire sprinkler industry and the ability to manage projects from initial design coordination through to installation, commissioning and final handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take ownership of projects, develop professionally and play an important role in the continued growth of an established business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fire sprinkler projects from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, designers and site teams.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and project programmes.
• Review drawings, specifications, technical information and site requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, variations and additional works.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and final project handover.

Experience Required

Applicants must have previous experience within the fire sprinkler industry, with a good understanding of commercial sprinkler systems, including shell and core, CAT A and CAT B installations.

Knowledge of the following would be highly advantageous:

• BS EN 12845.
• LPC Rules.
• Fire sprinkler pumps and tanks.
• Valve arrangements.
• Sprinkler design and technical coordination.
