• Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour

• Start Date: Monday 26th October 2026

• Duration: Ongoing work

• Location: Winsford

• Duties: Working through plot snagging lists, defect rectification, making good, patch plastering, mastic sealing, minor joinery adjustments, and paint touch-ups ahead of handover.

• Requirements: Valid CSCS card, full set of own hand/power tools, proven construction finishing/snagging experience, and full PPE.
