Job summary

Northbuild Recruitment is seeking a hands-on handyman to work on a New Build Housing site, completing snagging tasks such as joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, and mastic sealing.

The role runs for 2–3 weeks, starts Monday 12 October, 8.5 hours per day, 07:30–16:30, paid at £20 per hour CIS; candidates must have CSCS card, right to work in the UK, snagging experience and two checkable references.

Qualifications

CSCS card required.
Right to work in the UK required.
Previous snagging experience required.
2 checkable work references from a snagging background.

Responsibilities

Carry out snagging on a New Build Housing site, including basic joinery, patch plastering, painting touch-ups, tiling and mastic sealing.
Adhere to site hours: 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday.
