The Recruitment Group is recruiting an SMT Operator for a leading manufacturing business in Loughborough. You will set up, operate and monitor SMT production equipment to ensure efficient manufacture of PCB assemblies.

This temp-to-perm role offers Monday–Friday hours, on-site work, and a competitive salary. Ideal candidates have strong electronics manufacturing experience and familiarity with pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and AOI.

Formación

• Strong experience working within SMT production.
• Ability to read and interpret PCB layouts and assembly drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate SMT production equipment to manufacture PCB assemblies.
• Load components, feeders and stencils for production.
• Carry out program changes and adjustments on SMT lines.
• Monitor processes to ensure accurate placement and soldering.
• Perform visual and automated inspections of PCB assemblies.
• Follow health and safety and ESD procedures.
