Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced SMT Operator in Loughborough to set and run SMT machinery, perform quality checks, and work with ESD controls. The role is temp to perm with a clear progression to permanent status after successful probation.

The position offers £25,000–£29,000, Monday-Thursday 07:00–15:00 and Friday 07:00–12:30, with 37.5 hours per week and a welcoming electronics team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience setting & operating SMT machinery.
• Previous experience working within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of ESD controls.

Responsibilities

• Set & operate SMT machines.
• Run screen printers, pick & place machines etc.
• Quality checking your work
• Working with NPI
