Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Havant. The role covers operating Siplace/ASM SMT machinery, setting up production, and ensuring quality through routine checks. Shifts include Double Days and Nights; temporary with potential Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate.

You will work to production drawings and procedures, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and contribute to on-time output while upholding strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an SMT manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating SMT.
• Ability to follow production instructions and quality procedures.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a production team.

Location: Havant

Pay: £18.65 per hour - Double Days | £20.76 per hour - Nights

Shifts: Double Days & Nights Available

Contract: Temporary, with potential Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate

Workshop Recruitment are currently looking for experienced SMT Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating Siplace/ASM SMT machinery, although candidates with other relevant SMT/SMR experience will also be considered.

The Role

Essential Requirements
