A leading healthcare provider is seeking an ORB Smoking Cessation Practitioner to deliver smoking cessation interventions. The role involves working with individuals and groups to promote informed choices about smoking. The practitioner will engage with vulnerable individuals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery management. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Aylesbury, with a salary range reflecting the Band 5 pay scale.
Job summary
Our ORB Smoking Cessation Practitioner will deliver one-to-one and group stop smoking cessation interventions within our service and to individuals that use our service. Helping those impacted by smoking and its associated harms make informed future choices about their use.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across our two main sites in High Wycombe and Aylesbury as needed, ensuring their skills, expertise, and knowledge are fully utilized.
